A complete data set will be loaded by default.
If you goto Load Set >> "test" you will get a basic circle with which you can test the animation/tweaning.
Load Set >> "kareno" gives you a single frame of my vector mock up of Karen O (lead singer of the yeah yeah yeahs). This is just a single template so you can play around with adding keyframes and moving each shape this way as well.
